Such a beautiful view….and location. Unfortunately the condo is in poor condition and very - dirty. Furniture very old and smelled bad.. We had to place blankets and sheets over the furniture to be able to sit in the living room.. Bedroom TV does not work. Sliding glass doors will not hardly open and close due to dirt in the tracks -closet door broken carpets were horrible. Completely disappointed in the room. The ocean and the view kept us there…… we made it work.

As soon as you walked in, you could smell the cleanliness. Location was great and easy access to the beach. Security guard was friendly, helpful and always around. We would definitely book this condo again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and spaceious. Had a great view of the ocean and seats on the balcony. The only thing I was disappointed with was that they only give you one roll of toilet paper and no extras

Overall we were very pleased with the location and the condo itself. It is a short walk to the beach which was a big plus for us. The only issue was the listing stated there was a keurig coffee maker which we brought pods for and when we got there, there were two regular coffee pots on the counter. Everything else was as stated in the description.We would definitely stay here again.

Crystal shores west is reliable and set up to match what you should expect from a beach condo. This particular condo is just what a family needs for a few days at the beach
Pros:
Appropriately stocked kitchen and bath essentials
Short beach so less walking than father East
Security is on-site so you can ask questions if needed
Ice machine in room was left on so we didn’t have to wait 2 days to have ice
Cons:
Security is very fussy about what the kids do in the pool area
No ice available on property
King bed in master is squeaky and shaky every time you sit or roll over

First vacation as a family/ last stay with liquid life
Condo was ok, not up to what I expected for the price, everything felt outdated, elevators could not have been more slow or outdated. When I called to request more basic amenities, I was told that I would, “just have to purchase them.” Wouldn’t recommend, not for the price.
We were notified two days before our stay that the elevator was out. Come to find out that it was out of service for nearly TWO WEEKS PRIOR to our vacation but we were not notified. Upon speaking to management, they offered 20% off of our stay. We accepted this offer being that there was no other places to stay so close to our trip. After arriving, unpacking, and grocery shopping, the next morning we were evacuated from that condo. Still under the pressure we would receive our 20% off for the inconvenience of moving two more times. We were not given 20% off after doing all of this with a small child involved. Do yourself a favor and never book with Liquid Life Rentals.

Overall, this was a great experience. Condo was clean and sufficiently stocked. However, there were a few minor issues. No keurig coffee pot. Drawers in bedroom came out when opened and hit spouses leg. No pizza pan or cookie sheet. AC system made a constant tapping sound that became a little irritating.

We came down early on the day of check-in and was met with a text message from the ownership group that the elevators were down and there was currently no estimate for repair completion. We were staying on the 7th floor yet were told this was an amenity and that Liquid Life owes us no form of compensation for this issue. I completely understand malfunctioning equipment such as an elevator isn’t on the responsibility of the VRBO owner, but the actions of Liquid Life didn’t set right with me. There is a time frame where you could get a full refund for this trip, but the extremely delayed update from the host made it where making new plans for my vacation were impossible(the day of arrival). With that being said I decided to ask VRBO support if I were entitled to anything due to this issue and after a day I was offered 20% my entire stay(2xx) or I could checkout that day and get a full refund(I’m already 8 hours away from home on vacation). After asking around to others who was staying at the Crystal Shores west building how their non liquid life host resolved the situation for them I was told they received 100% refund on their stay and got to stay the remainder of said trip or were relocated to another condo. It is a shame that everything else were so well done here because this major inconvenience made what was supposed to be a relaxing beachfront vacation a strenuous nightmare. My fiancé and I both left the condo with sore backs, knees, and ankles from this issue.
