Great views of the beach and the security in the building is excellent. Keep in mind though that the dehumidifier use is a must on hot days. It does a good job though in keeping the unit comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. I never had to go looking for any instructions. They always came on time and were very thorough!

Loved everything about this condo. The balcony and views of the ocean were amazing! The unit itself was comfortable (as was the bed and I am very particular) and well appointed. The location was perfect for what we had planned for our stay. There isn't any check-in, just go directly to the unit and get ready to enjoy:)Highly recommend...

Everything was clean. The unit was exactly like the listing said. We stayed for 8 days and we were very comfortable and happy in this unit. Property was well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

The unit was very clean and well kept. It included everything you could see bat or need to have a good experience at the beach. The resort itself is okay and offers some amenities. More for folks for children and or if you drink alcohol. We are a sober family and did not venture to the bar(s) downstairs but they looked nice. Access to the beach was good and parking was not bad either. I would recommend getting a golf cart rental like we did and use it as you can drive it on non highway roads and roads with speed limits less than 40mph. At first we were unsure because it had been almost two decades since we came to Myrtle Beach but it turned out to be a great experience. The owner of the property was great with communication, punctuality and very respectful. He communicated quickly and promptly. I would recommend this unit for rental in the future to anyone. Attached are some of the photos of the unit and around it. We have many more but these are the ones I felt comfortable sharing for this rental.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was cozy and comfortable with an excellent beachfront view. We could watch our kids from the balcony enjoying the water, sand, and shell collecting. We had all the necessary essentials making it feel like a home away from home. The host was communicative throughout our stay and responsive. I would definitely recommend as a nice solo, couple, or small family get away.
