Long walks await you on our pristine beach just 20 steps away, or if your preference is surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, practicing golf, mountain biking or lounging at the pool, it doesn’t matter, it’s all available here! Picture yourself sitting on the spacious deck as you gaze over the botanical gardens and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Tropical birds, monkeys, butterflies and occasional flocks of Scarlet Macaws entertain you as you enjoy your morning coffee. Truly a vacation you will never want to end.

My husband and I developed this property for our family in 2006. We fell in love with Costa Rica on our honeymoon and have made it our home away from home. We are in our 60"s and both surf and paddle board. We also enjoy golf, so we put in a "3" hole golf course to add to the uniqueness of this property.We have decided to start renting it so others can share this special location as much as we have.

We love the warm tropical weather, and the secluded location. We both love to surf and found this area perfect for us.

What makes this property unique

This is a very unique spot. A small private resort on the beach that is perfect if you are very active or if you just like to curl up with a book. Words can't describe the beauty and wonder of this place.
