Casa paradisíaca on the beach of Cumbuco 35 Km from Fortaleza, foot in the sand, facing the sea. Interesting project consisting of 03 modules:
- Service module with house of caretaker, garage for 4 vehicles, kitchen, dispensary, service area, toilet service, dormitory service. Still in this module, toilet and a host suite.
- Inner Module: 04 suites, divided into 02 floors, 02 in each.
- Social Module: Pavilion of 144m2 with 7 rooms, the dining table with 16 seats and a central bar. In the mezzanine, 46 inch LED TV room. Steam room and doll house with 2 rooms. Swimming pool with a 25 meter long streak, great for swimming. Furniture arranged in 4 environments in the garden. Gate straight to the beach. Night and home watch for outdoor areas. Home cleaning for bathrooms.

Perfeito !!!
Passei a ultima semana das férias de Julho com minha família, e a temporada foi Maravilhosa!
A casa é na frente da praia, com todo conforto, pertinho da vila e ainda tem serviço de limpeza incluso. (diariamente)
