The property is very pleasant, airy and cozy, has an extensive garden containing native plants of the region and several coconut trees, leaving the lush landscape accompanied by the hum of the birds, which make habitation through the vegetation.
The house has a garage for 5 cars, facing the main avenue of Cumbuco (Av. Dos Coqueiros) and the beach.
It has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, microwave, all utensils, pantry, dining room, living room with TV 52 "(SKY), 4 suites equipped with Air Conditioning and Smart TV (NetFlix), with 2 located on the upper deck.
The property has a swimming pool divided into children's and adult areas, all fenced with aluminum for the protection of children.

Paz...
Casa super bem equipada, as roupas de cama e banho são impecáveis.
A piscina e quintal são limpos todos os dias pelo caseiro que por sinal muito atencioso.
O quintal é muito agradável repleto de coqueiros e redes, perfeito para relaxar.
A proprietária Wilka super atenciosa e educada.

I'll be back.
Eu Voltarei. Nos hospedamos na casa por 4 dias. Casa ótima. As fotos e a descrição correspondem à realidade dos fatos. Quero destacar o capricho da proprietária e do caseiro. A parte interna é de alto padrão. Na parte externa existe uma área verde que dá vontade de deitar. Ali existe um bonito o gramado, coberto por uma sombra (dos coqueiros) que amenizam em muito a temperatura do Estado. Recomendo.

Boa localização e estrutura
A casa é bem localizada, muito próxima à praia e dos principais restaurantes do Cumbuco. Quem quiser descansar, vai poder encontrar sossego. Mas, quem quiser agitação, está a poucos metros da diversão. Em termos de estrutura, a casa tem tudo. Não faltam panelas, fogão, entre outros utensílios. O jardim é muito bem conservado pelo caseiro, mas as cadeiras da varanda precisam de manutenção. A madeira já está velha. A piscina é limpa todos os dias, há sauna, TV a cabo. Excelente!
