Duplex house, located on the paradise beach of Cumbuco, 32 km from Fortaleza, easily accessible. The property is super nice, ventilated, warm and with a lush garden. The plot has 1. 800 mts2 and 400 mts2 constructed area. It has garage for eight cars. It is 50 meters from the beach and close to the village.

It has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, gelagua, stove; pantry; dining room and living room; tv room 4 suites with air conditioning and 1 with fan, of which 2 are located on the upper floor with attached balcony.

The property has adult and children's pool; cascade; deck with toilet, barbecue and freezer; pool; volleyball and playground for children (little house, slide, pogo stick).

The house is very safe and has electric fence with alarm system.

The caretakers are very attentive and available. They live in an attached house, inside the property.
