Great stay

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to Tech and lots of restaurants .The host communicated well and was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I believe the Tech Terrace neighborhood is such a unique area and I enjoy the old school architecture of the 1940’s and how the area continues to thrive!

Our home was built in one of the earliest neighborhoods in the 1940’s. The Tech Terrace homes have character, and a strong sense of culture for the area. We designed our home to keep the historic feel with modern touches for the best guest experience!
