Wake up with a cup of joe, catch a glimpse of the olympic ski jumpers on Howelsen Hill. You are off to another perfect, Colorado adventure! This newly renovated one bedroom is equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

The Space:
This space offers a quiet, residential location with a short walk to all of steamboat's arts, culture, dining and nightlife (for those adventurers: short walk to downtown, bike rental shops and yampa river tubing). This is a prime location between the mountain and downtown, where you will enjoy views of Howelsen Hill and the alpen glow. The owners designed the space with a unique and cozy aesthetic, offering a full working kitchen that was built for interaction and entertaining. You can access the bus route that runs all year with a stop directly out your back door (on demand in the summer, regular hours in the winter). This will grant you easy access to local highlights like Fish Creek Falls trails and Strawberry Hot Springs. Enjoy relaxing in this space after a long day skiing/boarding (or just apre'ing), along with the friendly neighborhood that offers all the charm of a small town combined with the amenities of a big city.

The Neighborhood:
This Condo is located in the between the Ski Resort and Downtown Steamboat Springs! The condo community offers a private/ local feel for your enjoyment. Per HOA requirements, animals are not allowed for guests, however are allowed for owners and will be on the premises.

Getting Around:
The bus route that runs all year with a stop directly out your back door (on demand in the summer, regular hours in the winter), and provides easy access to local highlights, like fish creek falls trails and strawberry hot springs

Other Things to Note:
You are required to walk down one flight of stairs to access the condo.

A maximum of 2 parking spots are offered in the community parking lot.

Distance to Downtown: 4 minute drive, 1.3 miles, or 13 minute walk
