Restored Downtown Historic Mansion with Private Balcony

This historic suite is perfect for a getaway vacation, visiting your family, or just to explore the downtown area which includes a sunset and city skyline view!

We are close to everything. A quick walk to downtown, 3 miles to Lynchburg University, 6 miles to Liberty University, and so much more.

KITCHEN

Our kitchen features quartz countertops, refrigerator, sink, drip coffee maker, Keurig, oven, toaster oven, and everything you need to do Gordon Ramsay proud (pots, pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, spice rack, mugs, etc.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features two futons, a large coffee table, and a large 60 inch smart TV to stream Netflix, Hulu, and more.

MASTER BEDROOM -
King bed featuring a comfortable mattress, dresser, mirror with a dresser to keep your belongings. A 55" TV. The bedroom also includes floor to ceiling windows with shades to keep out the sun so you can sleep in if you need to.

SECOND BEDROOM
Same thing as the master! King bed featuring a comfortable mattress, dresser, a 55" TV. The bedroom also includes floor to ceiling windows with shades to keep out the sun so you can sleep in if you need to. This room also includes a closet that contains a washer and dryer

BATHROOM
A full bathroom with a shower and bath, vanity, sink, and window to enjoy the natural lighting in this space. All shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided.

BALCONY WITH PRIVATE DECK:
There is a couch outside that you can lounge on and enjoy the view!

Other things to note:

Our property is professionally cleaned after each stay from top to bottom. The $70 cleaning fee is a pass through meaning we make no money off of it. It goes directly to our cleaners and supplies.

This getaway is perfect for visiting family at the surrounding college's, strolling through downtown Lynchburg, or hitting the trails

New Year’s in Downtown Lynchburg

Very nice house with spectacular views of the downtown area of Lynchburg. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area
