Not Clean!
The only positive evaluation this property has is the breathtaking view of the gulf. After that, from start to finish we were terribly disappointed with this 440 west condo. Check in process was not clear and security was not at all helpful. After being there a day or so it was clear that the floors were not clean, sheets were ripped and others were somewhat stale smelling. Air conditioning was not working when temperatures outside went up. I guess that was repaired once and then they had to come back and clean out the furnace drain so I guess that was working for the next group coming in. Also the main ceiling fan was not working which did not help deal with the heat. Lastly, when leaving we were told we should be out by 10:00 am and we had to text them that we were out or we would be charged an additional fee. Sadly we all felt this beach rental agency was not easy to deal with and at times impolite. We will not be renting from them again
