Located across the street from the Gulf on the bay, just park your car and walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the marina for all watersports! Unit is over 1,824 sq.ft. and features a 70" Smart TV w/
DVD in the living room, 42" Smart TV in the Master Suite (and a 3rd
and 4th TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms), 10 Ft. ceilings, corian
counters, NEW Stainless appliances and equipped gourmet kitchen with
breakfast bar w/ stools, full size washer/dryer, king sized adjustable bed in spacious
master suite with luxury master bath with double sinks, soaking tub,
huge walk-in shower, walk-in closet and walk-out to balcony over
beautiful Clearwater Bay! Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk and

Our family has enjoyed this condo and Clearwater Beach for the past 17 years because you can walk to everything - Beach, restaurants, shopping, water sports, etc. or just relax in the spacious unit with room for everyone! We love walking along the beach and searching for shells or just watching the dolphins play in Clearwater Bay from the 240 sq. ft. balcony. All the conveniences of home are available to help make your stay enjoyable - including a pack and play, high-chair, stroller and more for less to pack!

We are located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, but close enough to Tampa for day trips to a theme park or other points of interest.
