Come enjoy a wonderful family cabin located in walking the village of Shaver Lake and only two miles from the lake itself. This cabin has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating 12 people. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor for the convenience of those who have difficulty climbing stairs. Each bedroom and living room has a smart T.V. with WiFi so you can enjoy your favorite streaming channels. Dogs are welcome, this cabin has a dog run and is located within walking distance of many local trails to enjoy with your four legged friend. There is plenty of parking that is deep enough for a boat and trailer. Come and enjoy the beauty of the Sierra Nevada Wilderness located only 55 minutes from Fresno and only 90 minutes from Yosemite National Park.

The cabin met our needs, in particular the outdoor seating areas was especially appreciated. The cabin had ac which is a must in a 2 story cabin, our upstairs guests appreciated that. The cabin was well appointed, comfortable beds in all rooms and excellent appliances in the kitchen.

Comfy Beds! Enough kitchen utensils to feed a small army. Centrally located, with short walks to everything you need. Dogs were very comfortable with their surroundings. The cabin is beautiful and so peaceful. We used the outside patio and even though there are other cabins in the way, the views are still beautiful. We had a party of 10 and we all fit perfectly in the rooms available. It is walking distance to the local stores and restaurant. The host was right on time with all the information needed and provided us with information and phone number in case of any issues. I will definitely recommend this cabin.

We love Shaver Lake and Captain's Cove location. Kids had a great time on snow. Beds are comfy and kitchen well stocked. Dana is a wonderful host, very responsive. We'll be back for sure!
