Downstairs is an open bright kitchen and great room overlooking pool and lush gardens, private office with wifi connection, 1/2 bath, den for additional sleeping and a brand new finished basement with media room, kitchenette, laundry amenities etc. You won't be disappointed as this setting is charming, like new and within 5-10 minutes to all happening towns, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Southampton and Easthampton.
