A perfect getaway for a family at this Sag Harbor step back in time farmhouse. 1.5 acres of privacy with a heated pool and 5 minute walk to pristine peconic bay wildlife retreat. 3 spacious bedrooms, master suite with walk in closet and jetted jacuzzi tub. Second bath upstairs center to additional 2 bedrooms. Downstairs is an open bright kitchen and great room overlooking pool and lush gardens, private office with wifi connection, 1/2 bath, den for additional sleeping and a brand new finished basement with media room, kitchenette, laundry amenities etc. You won't be disappointed as this setting is charming, like new and within 5-10 minutes to all happening towns, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Southampton and Easthampton.
