Stunningly beautiful property.

The home is warm and comfortable. The views are breath-taking. And the owners couldn't be more gracious. They even bought our lunch at The American Hotel. We'll definitely be back!!

Great Getaway

We had a great time here! The owner was available whenever we needed him throughout our stay. The pool was amazing, and the home was in a great, secluded area - close to Sag Harbor and to Shelter Island ferry. Bedrooms/bathrooms were big and very clean and modern. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. The only thing I would add would be a microwave. It was also great to have the private beach just a 5 minute walk from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful setting and home

We had a fantastic time at this home with our family of 6. It's in a great location close to Sag Harbor and Shelter Island, and not far from Southhampton Bridgehampton and East Hampton. The house itself has a very nice open layout with a great room and large windows opening up to the spectacular view in the backyard overlooking the bay and it's attached wetlands. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub in the backyard very much. Nick was a terrific host, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. He was very available for any questions we had and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb house and pool - Would definitely return!

The house, the pool and the view are as beautiful as they appear in the photos. The bed in the master is large and comfortable and the master bathroom is wonderful. Everything is immaculate and functional. Nick, the owner, is friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Nicholas house. We had a very good communication with the owner who was always there for us. Beautiful, clean house with a brandnew pool with hot tub. We will come back ;-)
