Great place filled with all necessary amenities. Gym and pool were essentials. Those were well maintained. Location was perfect to access all areas such as northern Peoria, Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale… Office manager is a gem. She was so accommodating to us.

A lovely stay!

This was a wonderful place for our phx area stay. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed lots of relaxing family time at the apartment. The amenities were wonderful and everything went smoothly. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the floors. Everything appeared very clean and beautiful! But after only a few minutes of walking around, the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt and grime. This happened to everyone, adults and kids throughout our stay. Everything else seemed very clean! Maybe just a fluke! But we had a lovely time. Thanks!

Please don’t stay here! Cockroaches!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and always had a good experience. This property was filthy dirty. The air vents were covered in thick dust which caused my 73 year old mother breathing problems. We got to property late at night and went right to bed. My mother killed a cockroach in the kitchen running across the counter in the morning. She then saw baby cockroaches in the couch. We packed up and left the property and then asked for a refund of the next two nights which they denied. They were terrible to work with and very unprofessional. Save yourself a huge headache and do not stay here!!

Great, clean condo

The condo itself was nice, clean and comfortable. A couple things could have been improved: 1. The pool is not heated and was too cold to get in at the end of March even though the outside temps were 80. 2. The air conditioning unit is very loud and is often too much to sleep with. 3. For the price, the renters should not have to unload the dishwasher and take all the garbages out before checking out. That is what a cleaning service is for.

Our stay was great! The host even accommodated us as I mistakenly booked short a night. Luckily the place was available. We stayed 4 nights total all which we parked my vehicle in reverse under carport. Day of check out we went to load up and truck was about to get towed. Apparently no backing into parking allowed. After 4 days we should’ve been informed as sign was at top of carport with very small lettering. Unnoticeable at night. I backed in every single time. Tow truck charged me $100 to drop it. Management wasn’t even in the office until 9:00 am. Luckily we went out when we did. I believe maintenance ppl called to tow. I think a reminder inside the room with an exclamation about that would be important. I couldn’t imagine my brand new $100k truck being towed for parking in reverse with no warning and after 4 days. The maintenance man I spoke to was a jerk when I asked for the manager as the tow truck driver told us we had to discuss it with them in order for him to drop it never had that happen anywhere I’ve stayed before.

NFL Playoff Game LAR @ MN.

Stayed for two nights in this ground level apartment. I am not an experienced apartment complex person so getting in the gate after dark took a couple tries. Also, I guess, being inexperienced in the ways of large apartment complexes it took me quite some time to find my "condo" with-in the compound. Finally located it right next to the front gate and office area. I was concerned about parking as I had read some other VRBOers had been towed and parked inside the gates in an uncovered spot. My car was still there in the morning, thank goodness! I was able to receive a temporary parking pass from a very nice person at the front desk after taking a drive to get some breakfast. The apartment was very clean and you can tell that it's set up for short term letting such as VRBO.The check-in instructions were all automated and in one it was indicated that "There is a card with the Wi-Fi password on the counter and the passcode provided allows you to access the pool, BBQ common area, fully equipped gym, and games area." No such card was present in the rental, not on the counter or elsewhere. I did not inquire about such card at the front desk.The title description stated that the dwelling was in close proximity to State Farm Stadium. According to my Google Machine it's around 7 miles away. A 25 Uber to the game and a 45 uber on the way back. FYI.All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice clean place to stay.
