- Secondary, ground floor bedroom provides a queen bed and small bathroom.
- Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, with a shared bath and a library/media room with a pull-out couch and curtains which create an additional sleeping area if needed.
- A level, ground floor, entrance makes this home child and elder friendly. Wheelchair accessible on first level, all doors are 36".

- Guests absolutely love our low tide beach. It is a fantastic beach for walking, clamming, etc. When the tide is out, it is out several hundred yards. The beach is almost entirely sandy (not at all muddy or silty), with a few places of smaller rocks for some interesting tidal pools. Anemone, crabs and sand dollars galore. You can even go barefoot. In the summer, the tidal pools are like bathwater. Year round sunrise and sunset views. The ferries from Edmonds/Kingston are visible, as well as all the shipping traffic from Seattle (cargo, cruise ships, Clipper to Victoria, etc.). Seals, sea otters, herons and eagles are seen daily. Seals sit on the rocks a few hundred yards out. There is direct access to the beach from the house down 8 concrete steps and about 8 feet of rip-rap stones behind the bulkhead. For those who prefer a little smoother access to the beach, it is available at the gentle boat ramp a few doors down, during inclement weather, the ramp may be slippery.

Small quiet neighborhood. Strict quiet hours from 11pm-6am. Parties are not allowed. 12 persons maximum occupancy day or night.
