Our 3-generation family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Hook Vista, a spacious and attractive retreat. The lower level is well-equipped to keep younger family members entertained while the upper level kitchen dining and living room provides comfortable gathering space. Paddling the kayaks was a pleasant treat. Thank you Darrell for a delightful week.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and made us feel at home. The view from the deck was amazing. We sat out there every night watching the sunset. The view alone is worth the price. We were sad to leave ! I would highly recommend this property

This was my family's second stay at Darrell's immaculate beach home and we hope to return again next summer. It's just the perfect house for us, with lots of space for gathering while offering privacy when needed. We all took advantage of the deck for lounging and enjoyed the wonderful water view. The kayaks provided were put to good use on a daily basis. Darrell is an excellent host and responds quickly with any questions or concerns. Just book it!

This is a nice sized house, we had plenty of room to stay with friends and be able to spread out and hang out comfortably. The kitchen and living spaces were nice and we also enjoyed the indoor spa and sauna.

We had a wonderful time here! The house had everything we needed for cooking meals. There are spices, condiments in the fridge, and other essentials in the pantry in the hallway. The lower floor is a great place for hanging out. We played multiple games of foosball and darts and relaxed in the hot tub and sauna. We also played pickleball on the community pickleball/tennis court. The view from the deck is so beautiful. We saw eagles, cranes, and swooping swallows every night. I highly recommend going next door to the distillery and taking a tour (with tastings!). The owner of the distillery has many wonderful stories and it is a delight to spend time with her. Sandy Hook is a lovely community and a great place to stay on Whidbey!

This house was adorable, cozy, and a perfect getaway for our group of friends. We loved the closeness to the public beach/firepit, the hot tub inside, and the views from the deck. The sheets, towels, and blankets were all clean and smelled nice too, which is always a nice added bonus! We were talking about coming back with our family.

Our Clinton stay was excellent! Darrell was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our two families had plenty of space and fuseball was a hit. Linens and beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The views are the best part! We would absolutely stay again

We loved staying at this house for our annual girls' trip. The view was gorgeous, the house was well stocked, and it was a great base camp for exploring the island. We are already talking about staying here again in the future!

Peaceful and quiet with beautiful views

Beautiful views of the bay, well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable, great layout! Very pleased with the house. I would highly recommend for family vacation.

Our family spent a week in early August at this great home. It was very clean and well organized, with plenty of room for our group of seven. We loved the view and water access, complete with kayaks and a dock. The neighborhood is delightful and perfect for our morning walks. No question, we would stay here again!

Great rental and amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay. Looking over the water and the boats was beautiful. The spot had plenty of activities and was perfect for our weekend away. Also make sure to visit Cutlass Bay Distillery next door.

The house is great. There wasn’t anything in the kitchen we needed - all essential tools were provided. The bed was comfy, etc. The view was great - incredible vistas & the delta between low & high tides were amazing. Really enjoyed the stay & will look to rent again if in the area.
