Whether you are looking to bring the whole family, friendsgiving or just a couples weekend away we would love to host your next getaway.

Enjoy Lake Michigan and the Beachwalk community amenities. 10-12 min walk or 7 minute golf cart ride to the Beach.
After dipping in the community summer pool, playing pickleball, paddle boarding, kayaking or fishing in Lake Kai head back to the house and enjoy some of the best outdoor space in the community.
Relax in the outdoor hot tub, roast smores at the fire pit , grill up dinner or enjoy your coffee in our screened porch. Keep your eyes open for roaming deer and enjoy the dune grass nature filled community.

Restaurants, shopping, spa, casino, friendship gardens, winery, brewery, golf all under 15 minutes away.

Washington Park zoo 10 minutes

Indiana Dunes (State and National Parks) 15 and 20 minutes

Michigan City/Long Beach is 90 minutes from most Chicago burbs and less than 90 minutes from downtown Chicago.

10-12 minutes to New Buffalo, Michigan for more shopping, dining and exploring.

45-50 minutes to South Bend, Indiana

-community wristbands required for all guest age 4 and over. $15/each. Reservations one week and longer include writsbands. All other reservations a fee of $15/person will be added after confirmation of guest count.
-Parking permits required for all guests. $5 fee per car Memorial day through Labor day. Fee to be added to reservation after confirmation.

Rental agreement and hot tub/golf cart waiver will be sent via docusign after booking. Signing required within 72 hours to hold reservation. Please provide email address for agreements to be sent via docusign.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Plug in golf cart and be sure it’s charging. Place key back on hook in kitchen.
Be sure hot tub is locked. Place key back on hook in kitchen.
Be sure all windows are closed and locked. Be sure fireplace is switched off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No smoking or vaping on property -No pets -No PARTIES -No fireworks -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.
Quite hours start at 10pm. Max capacity on property at anytime is 12 people. Resort wristband must be worn for access to Beachwalk amenities.
Rental agreement, Hot tub golf cart waiver must be signed via docusign with in 72 hours of booking. NO outside golf cart rentals allowed.

This place was great. The property was as listed. The property manager was so easy to deal with. Would strongly recommend. The area has a lot of family fun things to do and there are some really cool wineries less than an hour away.

Perfect setup for our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids). The kids loved their big upstairs room, and the screened porch was great for card games. Kitchen and grill setup made cooking easy, and the golf cart was super convenient for getting around. Host Renee was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great Beachwalk property

Great place to stay if with kids. The upstairs room was a hit and you can see the playground from the back deck it's so close. The kitchen and main living room is a little tight on those rainy days with 5+ adults stuck inside, but overall it was a great place. The washer/dryer wall/ceiling of NKOTB posters was my favorite themed touch.

The NKOTB cottage was perfect! It felt like home and was so clean. Renee is a wonderful host willing to go above and beyond for even the smallest question. This is a perfect place for families and girls weekends. We will be back!!

Property was great! The kids absolutely loved the space upstairs and the park being close by. Host was great with communication before, during and after the stay. We ran out of propane for the grill and within a few minutes we had more brought to us. Nothing but good things to say!

The house is amazing! The community is clean and wonderful, great family vacation! Highly recommended. Also, this place has coastal vibes with walking distance to a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan! Last but not least, coolest kids setup I have ever seen! We’ll be back :)

NKOTB is great!

We had a great time! Renee was very fast to respond when I had any questions. The house is stocked with whatever you need. Games etc for the kids and plenty of kitchen supplies ready to go! The hot tub was great after long days at the beach and pool. The front porch swing was a great place to hangout and relax.
