Free Garage/Covered Parking! Heated Pool and 2 Hot Tubs!! Best of the best in Sunrise Beach! This ultra-clean, premium condominium features a Gulf front master suite with balcony access, a large private bunk room, and 2 full baths. The ensuite master bath has large soaking tub and separate shower. With king bed in the master suite, bunk bed with twin over full in separate bunk room, and queen sofa bed in living room, this unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy the views and morning coffee from the extra large 8' deep balcony. BEACH SERVICE INLCUDED with the rate! Lounge chairs and umbrella.
Summer is 7 nights minimum and Saturday Check In and Check Out between May 16th and August 24th 2025.
Centrally located on the desirable west end of PCB, the complex is less than a mile from Pier Park and many other local attractions and restaurants. Moe's Original Bar B Que is directly across the street. Senior Frogs and Sharkey's is just a 2 minute walk for a quick meal without driving.
Sunrise Beach has an amazing amenities package to include: Snack Bar with hot food and cold frozen and on the rocks cocktails. 2 elevated Gulf front pools (one heated seasonally) 2 hot tubs, large sun deck, splash pad, 2000sqft Gulf front exercise room, Gulf front gas grills, & plenty of underbuilding parking allowing for access to the condo without exposure to the elements! 4 New highspeed elevators...minimizes wait time!

My husband and I love the beach and will retire here one day. In the meantime, we visit as much as we can as he stays busy with his corporate executive work. Sharing our home away from home with guests is our passion. We enjoy sharing the experience with others. If you are looking, we would love to host you and will make sure your experience is amazing!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with PCB many years ago and looked for the perfect place for some time. We love Sunrise Beach for many reasons. First, you simply cannot beat the views. You get the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Second, is the convivence to many activities, shopping, and restaurants. You can walk to them and never use your vehicle if don't want to. Pier Park is less than a mile away. Third, Sunrise Beach is so well maintained and managed. The security is top notch, with 2 large pools and 2 hot tubs that have the most amazing views of the beach and ocean. The kids just love the splash pad as well.
What makes this property unique
We do a lot of little things that make a big difference. We installed a 7-stage reverse osmosis water filtering system, so that you can feel safe drinking the water and save on all the bottled water and keep them out of landfills, and it tastes fantastic! We have white noise machines in the bedrooms with electrical blocks and chargers by the bed. We installed LED lighting in the living room and bunk rooms for added ambience. The parking is under the building and covered to protect your vehicle and making getting to and from your room so easy!
