Gulf Side Villas is the perfect place for a romantic weekend for two, or a small family looking for fun on the beach! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the 2nd story of the building offers a cozy yet elegant atmosphere for guests.
*Please be aware that this property does not have an elevator.

This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table. The living room features a cozy sofa bed and two bunk beds in the hallway providing extra sleeping room. After a long day of exploring, you can relax in the comfortable and luxurious king size bed. The bathroom offers a private sink area just for guests, so they don't have to enter the master bedroom or its private sink and closet area. While the bedroom overlooks the key, the balcony faces the beach and has a table and chairs so you can enjoy relaxing with a beverage outdoors as well as the cool ocean breezes.

**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

This quiet little resort community will be sure to become a favorite destination of yours as soon as you arrive!

Activities nearby include the National Museum of Naval Aviation, Fort Barrancas, The Wharf, Orange Beach, Tanger Outlet Mall, Old Time Pottery, etc. There is something on Perdido Key for everyone to enjoy.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs 20 pounds or under. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog or $350 for 2 dogs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Clean and easy beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, quiet cozy and easy beach access. Very much enjoyed our stay.We will stay here again in the near future. This is just a small pet peeve of mine, but they need to add a dustpan because some people like to sweep every day the sand in the condo.But there was not a dustpan, next time I will go to walmart or dollar tree and buy my own dust band and leave it in the condo for everyone.

Thank you for the feedback and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. A broom and dustpan is standard in all of our units. Unfortunately, our cleaning crew must've missed that unit not having a dustpan, but we have since resolved that issue. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

The property was like new inside- clean, simply decorated (a good thing), and the beds were comfortable with nice pillows and linens. The information provided by the owner was accurate, so we were well prepared on what to bring versus what the property provided. I enjoyed that the property had large balconies on both the front and backside – the backside had a large balcony with chairs and overlooked a beautiful beachfront view. We simply had to go down a flight of stairs to access the beach. It could not have been any easier to get to the beach. We arrived very late on Friday night, and checked out on the holiday, so we never got to see any property representative in person. However, that did not matter at all because they were very communicative through text message and emails. The late night check-in was a breeze, as well as checking out. Overall, this property was spacious and very comfortable for two adults and two pre-teenage boys. The boys especially loved the bunkbeds in the hallway – they thought it was really fun. While we did not use the kitchen, it had everything needed to cook a meal. It was like a second home for us for a few days.
