Perfect Location

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. Only complaint would be we ran out of hot water very quickly. Even on first showers. Other than that it was a perfect vacation spot.

Clean condo in a great location

Well-kept property, great beachfront/gulffront view. Exterior of property impeccably clean, including pool area. This condo unit has been upgraded, but still shows some mild wear and tear, although nothing that in any way diminished our pleasure in staying there. Only regret is that there are no beach chairs in the unit, so we rented from the service on the beach at $15 per chair, per day. Despite this, I strongly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful week vacation and would absolutely choose this condo again. Easy check in process (especially for being “after hours” since it was on a Sunday), very clean upon arrival and the second floor was absolutely perfect. The views were spectacular yet close enough to the pool where we could still talk to our friends and kids down there while sitting on the balcony. Also, avoiding waiting for the elevator was a huge plus!! LOVED the extra soft blankets that weee stocked in the closet since most times, there’s little to no extra bedding at some places. We walked across the street several times for dinner, ice cream, souvenirs, and groceries which was so nice not having to drive for these quick trips. This was a very affordable condo with great communication from the moment we booked it.

Our 4-day/3-night stay was nothing short of amazing. The location was perfect - waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony was the best way to start the day. Our accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms were cozy. The pool area was great (staff cleaned every morning) and the fans in the bedrooms were a nice touch. Shopping and restaurants are right across the street and easily within walking distance. The only cons were the elevator frequently was unusable and the sliding door to the balcony will give you a workout. The living room was a bit crowded, but we made do. Overall, we highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!
