This 4th floor unit is under new ownership and is nicely upgraded and decorated. The beach side master bedroom has brand new furnishings as well as a brand new mattress. You are sure to enjoy the million dollar view from the gulf front balcony located just off of the living room. The kitchen has been upgraded with quartz counter tops and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals and features a nice dining area. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive.

Nicely decorated and taken care of

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bedroom in master could sleep 3 adults. Nice space. Plenty of drawers and closet space in master. Had to share closet with company friends because guest room has no closet. Got a little weird at times. Loved the swivel rockers in living room. Perfect view!!! Twin beds in guest room were not as comfortable as the fold out sofa so it was great to have options. We used the shower in the master so we coyld soak our tired bodies in a wonderful sand free deep tub. No complaints. Would stay here again but id tell company about the twin beds and no closet. Loved your decorating and grey floors. Thanks for sharing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. Was pleased with everything. I had two issues, the elevator was sorta scary it got stuck one time I know because we were standing there waiting and a guy said it got stuck so we took the stairs. And no vacuum to clean the sand that got tracked in. I would have loved to been able to clean that daily. That’s my only two complaints. Thank you for the wonderful much needed stay😊
