Stylish, comfortable, great walk score!

An adorable property located walking distance to all the best St Andrews has to offer. St Andrews is a super chill spot to truly enjoy the salt life. Walking distance to some of the most popular bars and restaurants as well as marina, public boat launch, weekly farmer's market, several parks, and great little walking/running paths. Beautifully decorated to quality, comfortable furniture. Everything you need to make it a home away from home.

Freshly remodeled and clean. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is open and feels much more spacious than it's 900 sq ft footprint. Walking distance to parks, farmer's market, restaurants, bars, shops, marina!

We live in the area and can help you in any way you need! We do not live on site. If we plan on doing any work around the property we will let you know.
