Only a short drive away from downtown (15 min), Pensacola Beach (25 min), UWF (Less than 10 min) and conveniently near Publix, restaurants, retail and the interstate makes this the perfect place for you to come enjoy everything beautiful Pensacola, FL has to offer.
This townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, an open floor plan, washer & dryer. This is a great find in a great location and ready for your new guest to enjoy it.
The house count with an open-concept where you can cook and share time with you family and friends on the living room watching some TV, playing some board games or having dinner at the dining table with sitting for up to 6 guests. In addition, it has a cover and full screen patio with a nice outdoor table and chairs, the house is fully fence for 100% privacy.
It is very easy accessible from the driveway to the entire house.

Need tv’s in the bedrooms The washing room door need to be fixed There was no kitchen sink stopperWe were left with 2 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels The guest rags and towels were all in one bathroom The host could’ve been a little more nice when it comes to asking her about the house They are cleaning supplies in the food pantry I think you should add a few games in there if you are gonna have one Tv (which is in the livingroom)Baseboards were dirty Pots and pans were still wet and dirty when we arrived Eating Utensils weren’t clean
