What an amazing house with so many amenities! We loved the pool and outdoor living space. All bedrooms have a full bath. Mitch, the property manager, was awesome and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this property for large groups.

The stay was good. Property was exactly as pictured. Beautiful house. However read the description carefully. There is a noise sensor in and outside the home. Because we were under 25 (most 23 and 22) we had to pay a 500 fee increase we were “too loud”. I got a message from the host saying we had several noise alerts (not from neighbors)! We weren’t any louder than a child play screaming or simply having fun. So if you’re planning on bringing a lot of kids I wouldn’t or have your bachelorette party there. Other than that it was perfect.

Hi Emma, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and found it as beautiful as pictured. To clarify, the $500 you mentioned was not a fee but a fully refundable security deposit mutually agreed upon before booking due to you and the group being under the minimum rental age of 25. This deposit was returned in full the week after checkout. Regarding noise, the home is equipped with one indoor noise monitor (as disclosed in the listing) that measures decibel levels, not conversations. Our message to you was a courtesy after two consecutive alerts of over 80dB after midnight — above the county’s quiet hours ordinance (10 p.m.–6 a.m.). These alerts are intended to prevent potential fines from the county and to avoid any visits from law enforcement, which most guests appreciate. We’ve happily hosted many bachelorette groups and large family gatherings at this property without issue, so we’re sorry if the alert caused any frustration during your stay. We wish you all the best with the wedding and a wonderful future together.
