You’re sure to love the ocean front private pool and hot tub, beach front access with beautiful ocean and sunset views! This home is located within a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and recreational community, at Islas Del Mar with 24 hour security. Ask us about our guest discount for golf.

Each of the 5 bedrooms at the Sunset Beach House are oversized with wardrobe closets, comfortable king sized beds, plenty of cozy blankets, pillows, luxury linens, flat screen TV’s, custom blackout window coverings and private en-suite bathrooms. You’re sure to love the outdoor patio views that offer a luxurious vacation experience and privacy.

The Islas Del Mar Community offers food, drinks, amenities and plenty of water activities. Sunset Beach has low and high tides, sometimes you will see a lot of beach and sand that you can walk and play on with less water and other times you will see a full tide of calm and beautiful water, ideal for swimming. You can access the Puerto Penasco Tide Calendar to see time and day of low and high tides.

Great views, Very clean propeety

We stayed over a weekend. The host was in regular contact. They had someone clean the hot tub while we were there which was appreciated. Lots of space with so many rooms and bathrooms.

Great place!

Everything was exceptionally clean, the property was very safe and secure, and being on the beach was fantastic. Well equipped for a rental house, all amenities were as listed, and communication was superb. The golf course was great, and going to town was very easy. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach house that’s away from the crowds!

Absolute Paradise!

My family and I travel quite a bit each year. More often than not, we explore different parts of Mexico because we live in New Mexico. We always stay at private VRBO’s, as we value our privacy, safety and peace. Large tower resorts just don’t make us happy. My husband happens to be a professional Chef, myself a sommelier. I only mention this because we truly value a house that has great a kitchen and outdoor area to enjoy cooking at the property. As for the 5 rooms ALL with KING SIZED BEDS! My discerning group agreed unanimously that the beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in any rental. We hadn’t been in Puerto Penasco in over 10 years, so I did a good amount of research. This property has a location directly on a sprawling beach that we basically had all to ourselves! The beach faces the sunset, it is incomparable. But the most INCREDIBLE part of this property is its specific gorgeous, fascinating and dramatic High Tide vs. Low Tide beach experience. In other words, you can walk almost a mile out into the ocean at low tide in morning, collecting gorgeous, untouched shells and discovering tiny wild life as you walk out onto the softest, silkiest ocean floor. Then, the tide comes in early afternoon and the water is green, and turquoise, and shallow and warm. The large Villa itself interior is super clean, fully stalked with all of the essentials. My family and I can’t wait to go back!!

Because of our busy work schedules, we’re not always able to get away and would love to share it with you! Hope you’ll make as many amazing memories as we have!

Why they chose this property

One day while visiting Puerto Penasco, we discovered the beautiful beach and golf community of Islas Del Mar. We relaxed all day until sunset and found it impossible to leave. We decided then and there that we would build our Sunset Beach House here to make many magical memories with our family. As our family grew, we expanded our space next door with a 2-bedroom townhome at Eagle Village overlooking both the lagoon and sunset beach.

What makes this property unique

Sunset Beach House is the only ocean front home available for vacation rental at this time. All other homes are for private use. The home also offers a private pool and hot tub on the edge of the beautiful white sandy beach and ocean to enjoy unforgettable evening sunsets.
