Some issues with the first home and I wouldn’t recommend that home, the host was very accommodating , we had a couple issues and she took care of them quickly, also got us into a different rental which was greatly appreciated. Nice to work with ,

We stayed here for Navy Bootcamp graduation and were pleased with the short commute to the base. The town of Libertyville is very charming, with lots of shops and restaurants, which was a plus for us as well. The home was quiet and clean. Our only semi-negative thing to say was the ceilings are a tad short (my son is 6’3). Other than being a little more mindful of the ceilings than usual, it was no problem. The home had everything we needed— shampoo and conditioner/soap, appliances/dishes, a hair dryer, etc. I’ve stayed at places that didn’t even have cups, lol. It was quiet, and in a super cute neighborhood. We enjoyed looking at the fall decorations on everyone’s porches! Also— communication was great!

This property is not recommended for people taller than 6 feet, like myself. Bumped my head in several locations during my stay.This property is not recommended for people who drive vehicles larger than a mid-size SUV. Vehicle will stick out into driveway.Window sill in shower needs to be rounded.Mold/grunge around tub area.Step from dining room to kitchen needs to be lit to prevent tripping/falling.Moisture coming through floor in kitchen and laundry room.Outside area doesn't match listing. We would have brought our own chairs if we had seen the actual view.Need a fan for upstairs bedrooms. It was hot and uncomfortable while trying to sleep.Need a dehumidifier to remove musty smell before arrival.Icemaker/water in refrigerator doesn't work.Light under microwave doesn't work.YouTube TV isn't logged into on living room TV.We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but these are our observations.
