This newly remodeled condo leaves you within a short walk of Lionshead Village, the express lift and gondola, fabulous dining options, and retail shops. You'll also be within easy reach of all the world-class outdoor activities that Vail Valley has to offer. The free Vail bus stop is less than 300 feet away, leaving you just a short ride from the town center.

The spacious living area is excellent for relaxing and watching movies or your favorite shows on the 65-inch smart TV. You will love preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and if you need to run to the store, City Market and Safeway are just a mile down the road. The in-home Peloton bike is ready for a workout. The green space in the back is perfect for hanging out and listening to the creek. A private gas grill is included for mountain-style barbecues. Or you can hop over to Red Sandstone Park with a volleyball court and a playground offering fun for the whole family.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Bus stop right in front on the complex with complimentary Vail shuttle to take you to Vail Village.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
