Welcome to The Sequoia Gateway! Our spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom vacation home is located in a safe, highly desirable, and new build neighborhood in Visalia, CA.

We are conveniently located 35 miles to Sequoia National Park, 55 miles to Kings Canyon National Park, and a 2 hr drive to Yosemite. Downtown, shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Our amenity rich house features 5 smart TVs, fast Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen, games, and EV charging available (for additional fees).

This place is great! We stayed in Visalia for a week visiting Sequoia National Park and nearby family. The beds were amazing and everything was very clean , modern and spacious. This home was in a great location, convenient to Visalia and Sequoia NP. There was plenty of room, and the a/c worked great! The issue for us was maintenance and cleanliness. The couches and barstools were so stained and dirty that we covered them with sheets and towels before we sat down. There were only 4 forks in the home. Dirty cabinets and tubs. Towel racks falling off the walls. The yard needed serious weeding. It could be a great home with a little TLC.
