The kitchen is nice but that’s it. The beds are rock hard even the futons are hard and hurt your back the washing machine jumps around like unbelievably crazy couldn’t do laundry there the sink clogged up due to orange peels and other stuff left in there from previous people. Bedding is cheap and rough shelves wobble like crazy the GFI plug in the bathroom shorts out constantly. Just annoying and very unhappy with the stay.

After your first night when I reached out to see how your first night went you responded "My night was good I do have a question any way I can change the code for the door" & I changed your door code right away. We wish you'd shared these during your visit so we could fix them on the spot. On the beds: Most guests love our comfortable setup, but we appreciate your input and are happy to explore options if needed. On the futon sofas: We hear you on the firmness there it's designed for durability, but we're looking into softer cushions or toppers to improve lounging without sacrificing structure. Washing machine: The jumping was from an unbalanced load (common with top-loaders). We've added instructions and a demo video. Sink clog: Housekeeping now does deeper pre-arrival drain checks. Bedding: Swapping for softer linens immediately. Shelves: Secured for stability. GFI outlet: Electrician confirmed it's fixed and we'll monitor it. We enjoyed hosting you and hope to make it right.
