Newly Renovated Casita in Mesa, King-Sized Bed and Lightening Fast WiFi

This romantic casita/bungalow hideaway is nestled in the Evergreen historic neighborhood just north of downtown Mesa. You will feel like you are in the midwest with the large trees and green belts and houses built in the 1930's. The only difference is that it will be 50 degrees warmer! Neighbors enjoy wine on their front porches and say hello to passerbys. This cozy stand-alone bungalow is within easy walking distance of downtown Mesa, home to many local restaurants and bars.

The casita was just finished being completely renovated with brand new flooring, paint, appliances, kitchen cabinets, walk-in closet, bathroom, brand new BEDEGA king-size mattress, furnishings, and brand new fixtures. In addition, the casita has its own stackable washer/dryer so you can travel light. CableTV, lightning fast WiFi, Playstation 3 with Netflix are all provided at no extra charge. With lightening fast Wifi connection at speeds over 150MBPS, you are sure to stay connected (if you want to).

Free bus service is available to the Cub's Hohokam Stadium. The Mesa Convention Center and Center for the Arts are within easy walking distance.

The Bungalow is only a 5 minute drive from Sloan Park, home of spring training for the Chicago Cubs and less than a mile from Hohokam park home of spring training for the Oakland Athletics.

Firstly, the casita was located in a tranquil and clean neighborhood. The casita is situated in a fenced-off area in the backyard, ensuring privacy while you stay there. It had everything you would need for a short or extended stay. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a lovely little place to sleep.

Great property and perfect location for my trip. Communication was superb and property instructions were very simple. The Casita is perfect for one or two people, super quiet neighborhood, felt very safe the whole time.

All amenities, cookware, towels, shampoo etc. we needed were here. Chic decor, very metropolitan, elegant. Coffee table pulls up into a higher table. A folding table and 2 chairs was available. The space inside and outside is so much better then motel room. Very private and quiet. Ill look for avaiability next time we visit. Close to Natural history and a pioneer museum.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was really clean, comfy cozy had a slick little outdoor patio area for sitting in the afternoons and evenings. The property manager was awesome. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Great lil Casita

The Casita was perfect for us. The shaded yard, the fresh fallen Pecans from the tree were a treat. Great neighborhood. Beautiful wild parakeet singing. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was for 6 weeks and it was exactly what we needed. The casita is beautifully decorated and updated. It is a perfect setup with all the necessities to live comfortably. Ryan is so easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, close to everything!

This was such a great place to stay. I love that they allowed dogs, and had a perfect little yard to let her out at. So much better than a hotel. The little studio they had was clean and cool during our stay. And was about 20 minutes to everything we did that trip. The neighborhood felt safe and was was quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a bargain.

If you looking for an economical place to stay, that suits your basic needs, this is it. We golfed in Mesa for 10 days, and found this location close to the affordable golf courses. It suited our needs very well.

Just what we needed

This was a lovely little room and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The unit is tucked in a little neighborhood, felt really safe and comfortable. The only comment I would say is that there was quite a bit of noise at night from the Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little getaway

The casita was great!! Everything was as described, in a verybcute neighborhood as well. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the shower didn't drain very well, so we had to keep turning the water off and on so the tub didn't fill with water. Outside of that, everything was perfect.

Peaceful Casita

This was the perfect place for me as I was in town visiting family. The bed and furniture is comfortable. And it had a nice outdoor seating area under a citrus tree. The property is very well lit so you can find your way back to the casita which is behind the main house on the lot. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. I would be happy to stay here again.

This property is quite unique in that it is well-located in the middle of a historic/residential district minutes from downtown Mesa and central to Phoenix in general. Visitors have all the amenities they would expect, with the actual property and the area.

What makes this property unique

We were able to split and separate the large property in two distinct areas - the front house and the back casita. The Casita has its own private entrance and enjoys a fully fenced in private backyard with grapefruit, lemon, orange, and walnut trees. You get the benefit of living in modern luxury set in a historic location. It comes with all the cable channels/Netflix/fast WiFi that you can use!
