Charming Victoria Character home-Pet Friendly!
Welcome to the House of Oaks that has gone through a major renovation in 2022. This charming home is located central to stores, bus routes, Uvic, beaches and more. Our home offers 3 bedrooms , two queens size beds and one King bed. The main floor offers large brand new kitchen open to the great room with a large sectional and dinning table.The main level offers laundry as well as the great room and kitchen and dining area.
*There is a shared door at the kitchen where my son and I live downstairs and use the front entrance of the home. The hot tub is communal but can be reserved for your private use any time during your stay.
The upper floor offers two very large bedrooms one queen size bed with bunks and the primary offering a King Bed along with a full bathroom with walk in shower. There is another half bathroom in the bunk room with a toilet and a double sink. Our home is set on half an acre offering plenty of out door space with a lounge area with fire pits, and out door dinning. We are close to Mt Doug- Mt Tolmie- Cadboro Bay Beach/Village- and UVIC. The best part is we are so close to downtown you can ride a bicycle in less than 30 minutes (10 minute car ride)
