Clean condo with a beach view. There is a pool on the property that you can see from the balcony. When you leave the elevator you are basically on the beach. The peoperty owners were friendly and prompt. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for 5 of us! Three adults two kids! I loved the beach view that was advertised. The only thing I can say is we loved it! Highly recommend this place we will be coming back! Owners very responsive! Only thing I recommend is renting or bringing your own chairs and umbrella (if you rent it’s haste free but they pick chairs up around 4-5pm) other than that you are close to attractions, adventures, grocery, liquior, snacks, whatever you might need! The balcony is huge! It also has a pool for when you can’t or kids wanna get in pool!

Great Location

The condo was in a great location, easy to get in and out of. The size was good for our family of 4. It was nice being able to see our children swim in the pool from our balcony. The washer was noisy and didn't do a great job getting our clothes clean. The kitchen is very small, but worked ok for family. The couch is VERY uncomfortable. All in all It is a very old condo, but seems like they have done some updating.

Average stay

Overall, the property wasn’t the cleanest, but wasn’t the worst. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken. We contacted the property manager and they said maintenance would fix it, but maintenance never fixed it. I told the property manager after our stay was over that they never came, and I did not hear back. Overall, I’m not sure if i would book again.

Bad communication

Communication with the property was awful! We had a family emergency Saturday night before we were suppose to be there! I called over 15 times, left a few emails, text, and spoke with the on call manager who said he couldn’t do anything because it was late the morning staff would be able to and left a message and an email for them. Nobody ever contacted us back. We arrived late Sunday and nobody reached out to us until Tuesday afternoon. The condo itself was in a good location, clean, the beds were pretty comfortable and it was nice being right there on the beach even though we didn’t get to enjoy it because of the double red flags and no dry beach! Really no complaints except for the communication with the property!
