This is an amazing place - the views are stunning, the house is very comfortable and provides everything for a comfortable stay. The owners Janet and Brian are wonderful, very open and welcoming. And bonus, Jasper, their horse, is such a beautiful, friendly, and gentle boy - make sure you bring some carrots and celery and you’ll make friends with him very fast. Our youngest son was sad to leave Jesper. We will be back for sure. Thank you Janet and Brian.

The hosts, Janet and Brian were very friendly and had good recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see. The carriage house was very clean and cozy with terrific views. Jasper, the resident horse, seemed to like attention and petting. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views, very communicative hosts. Loved waking to the sounds of the cows in the field. Utilize the binder provided by hosts, excellent source of local knowledge. A very nice stay, hope to return again. Use Apple Maps for location and or follow the host’s directions.

What a superb rental! Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a peaceful, private setting.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine, taking in the beautiful countryside, and watching Jasper the horse nearby was absolutely wonderful. It was so peaceful and relaxing!Janet and Brian are fantastic hosts—warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for dining in the area, and the check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. It was by far the smoothest experience we’ve had with a vacation rental.We highly recommend this carriage house for your stay. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property! My husband, infant daughter, and I spent 5 days and not only was the house extremely clean and comfortable (which is critical for a new walker/crawler), but Janet and her husband were so accommodating, kind, and thoughtful. We appreciated not only the beautiful scenery but also our morning interactions with the horse were quite pleasant. We hope to be able to come back the next time we are in Lexington. It certainly beats the hotels for long stays!

Twin Maple Farm is a lovely carriage house in a quiet, more rural location. The rental is clean and comfortable, and has a nicely supplied kitchen. The deck overlooking the fields is peaceful and well-furnished. The bathroom is spacious and everything you need is provided. Personally, we enjoyed saying hello to Jasper the horse and the nearby cows and calves. Be sure to bring your groceries with you before you arrive, should you want to cook (coffee and basic spices are provided). Our shy dog was incredibly relaxed here and enjoyed this rental more than any other on this trip! We highly recommend staying at Twin Maple Farms Carriage House!
