Fantastic location and apartment! Restaurant was perfect for cappuccino. Uber for longer trips or with luggage is fantastic and picks you up out the door. Pro tip: wear tennis shoes since the walkways are very, very uneven. Enjoy your stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Florence! The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city and get to all of the main sights. The apartment was very clean, beautifully styled, and had a modern, comfortable feel. The air conditioning worked extremely well, which was especially appreciated during the warm days in Florence. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

The heat in Florence was brutal but the apartment stayed cool and refreshing the entire stay. Wonderful location, quiet, clean and the perfect resting space between very hot activities!

The location was perfect. We could walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Florence. Antonio was very responsive to our questions. There was also a binder in the apartment with helpful information on how to work the washer/dryer, taxi info, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was nice, and had all the amenities we needed, such as kitchen appliances, dishes, etc., and nice refrigerator. The location was in a good district. The only drawback was for every tour/bus trip we made, we had to take a taxi to the train station, as that’s where most of the tours begin and end. So taxi fares were a big expense.The small bathroom in the lower part of the apartment was host to several cockroaches. I’ve stayed in many places in Florence, but none of them had cockroach issues.

This apartment is steps away from the Santa Croce church, right on the plaza. It was very clean, with combined washer and dryer which was a great help. A taxi stand was at the end of the plaza, and we found several good restaurants within a few short blocks. We loved this apartment.

The locations of this spacious apartment can't be beat! Right on the Piazza, but toward the back of the building so very quiet. Loads of restaurants, markets and conveniences nearby. Florence is very walkable, but this location made it easy to access all the major sights easily. And there is a taxi stand right at the Piazza so no need to phone for a cab when needed. Host Antonio was very helpful and the entrance to the property was totally efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location.

The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do and see. A wonderful craft market in the square was a highlight.

Great visit with family of 4

Excellent stay at Antonio’s property. The location is second to none with the beautiful Santa Croce church right outside and easy walking distance to all key sites. The AC was second to none too as we arrived in the midst of a heat wave. Grocery close by and lots of restaurants also with the apartment well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

Best location in Forence

Everything was perfect. The location cannot be beat and the property was clean and comfortable. I loved to open the windows and hear birds and church bells. You will not be disappointed if you book here.

Wonderful place

We were very happy with this accommodation. It is spacious, bright, good kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. The location is excellent right beside Saint Croce Church, lots of restaurants within blocks, a coffee shop next door. The property manager was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Family Florence Stay July 2024

Our stay at Antonio’s place was great. The location was superb, and the apartment was exactly as it was listed. Furthermore, António was very responsive to any questions that we had, and he had prepared the place with extra towels and everything my family needed. We would definitely stay there again and would happily refer this place to friends.

this apt was perfect for either first time visitors to Florence or others looking to explore the city again… it was perfect location to see so much of the city at doorsteps. Our trip was wonderful. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way! It was spotless, and stocked with everything we needed including some very interesting books. We especially loved the location. Everything that Florence has to offer was in walking distance. Right outside the building is a wonderful cafe and restaurant. Communication with Antonio the owner was excellent and made the entire process so easy. We'll definitely return.
