We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend and would stay there again. The apartment was lovely, clean and described well. The location could not have been better!!The hosts were accessible, responsive and communicative.
The location was awesome ! Literally steps from the duomo , the apartment was beautiful. The host was very nice and responded immediately . I highly recommend this apartment . It made our stay even more incredible !
Amazing location. Steps from the Duomo, so conveniently located. Beautiful flat, looks just like pictures on the site. Host was very helpful. Highly, highly recommend this location. Would definitely stay here again
The apartment was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. Host was great to work with and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again.
What a perfect place to stay! We were here for 10 days in the middle of June and had an excellent time. The apartment had everything you could want: amazing views, air conditioning, an elevator, a washing machine, super aesthetically pleasing, a short walk to the super market, and good communication from the host. We loved every minute of our time in Florence and would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Sarah, it's been a pleasure hosting you. I hope you can come back to Florence soon.
The spacious apartment was seconds from the Duomo and all downtown Florence has to offer. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Nicollo responded quickly to any questions we had.
The flat was incredibly close to the Duomo and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence. It was a perfect space for 4 adults. The pictures don’t do it justice; it had so much charm and comfort in the entire space! We loved it and would highly recommend anyone stay here on their trip to Firenze
Location can't be beat. Beautifully decorated apartment around the corner from the Duomo. I wouldn't recommend for those with young children, but it was the perfect place for two couples to use as home base while exploring Florence.

Great Property & Great Location
This apartment is great! It has Wi-Fi, A/C, washing machine, full kitchen, etc...all the modern comfort that you need in a historic city. The apartment is better than pictured, it's location is key. We spent 3 weeks in this apartment and felt very safe and at home. Thank you again for letting us use your great apartment!

Thank you very much Andrew! We really enjoyed having you as our guest. We really hope to see you again in Florence.
We loved our stay here. The listing is accurate, pictures were true to real life. Beds comfy, house was wonderful, perfect place for a weekend or a long stay. The location could not be beat!! The hosts were attentive and extremely helpful. The first 20 steps to get to the lift were challenging with 70 lbs of luggage (we'd been traveling for a month), but we knew about them in advance and were prepared! Would recommend this property!

Large, clean apartment. Looks exactly like the pictures. Host very responsive and offered helpful suggestions. The Duomo is literally right out side the door. Loved having 2 bathrooms and a large living room area where we could relax together.
The apartment is in a historic area with all the modern amenities (and yes, the Duomo is right outside the livingroom window!). We were a group of.two couples and we had plenty of space to spread out. The living, dining and kitchen spaces were generous and we each had our own bathroom. The location can't be beat... so many landmarks are within easy walking distance. Niccòlo was a kind host and gave us great recommendations for.restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again.
many historic
The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped and charming with wood beams and period details. Communication with the property manager was excellent. He responded quickly when we voiced minor concerns. Location was down the street from the Duomo and all major sights were walkable. Highly recommended!

Location Location Location
Great location in the center of town, easy walking distance to everything. Large, comfortable apartment steps from the Duomo. Our family of four had tons of space. Niccolo was very nice, met us when we got in even though it was late. The street was very busy at night but the noise didn't bother us at all, apartment was very quiet.

This place is in an excellent location. My only suggestion for improvement would be the bed upstairs. It is a queen mattress placed on a double size frame. Not terribly comfortable. Otherwise excellent place.
The apartment is very spacious. Lots of living space. After the apartment cooled down it was quite comfortable. The location is very central and convenient. There is street noise which is unavoidable being so close to the Duomo. Niccolo met us at the time of our arrival and allowed us to immediately check in. He was very accommodating.

Hi Judith, thank you for your review. Every feedback is welcome, however since 2014 when we started renting this flat nobody ever mentioned street noise. Indeed we are so close to the duomo, which is not an area of nightlife. It's rather for tourists to enjoy the museums during the day. There's a restaurant very close to the building , but no night clubs. And we are top floor, not close to street level (we have a lift). But most important, both bedrooms have windows facing and internal courtyard, not the street, so they get light but no street noise at all. Thank you again for visiting us and all the best.

We were a party of three adults and found the apartment extremely spacious and comfortable. It is in an elegant building very close to the cathedral and the apartment itself is well equipped and charming. The air conditioning was both effective and quiet though it must be said that the weather was not particularly warm during our stay so we did not rely on it to any significant degree. My only reason for not rating it 5 stars is the lighting in the kitchen which really does need some attention. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly hope to rent it again and would recommend it to others.

Why they chose this property
It was the house of my family. But it is also the best place to experience the city of Florence from the inside. I'm sure my guests will enjoy their stay.
