Great Condo, easy to get in. Angel greeted us upon arrival and showed us the condo. He was so friendly! Beach was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Having meas on the balcony and listening to the waves as we slept was perfect! We had everything we needed!

The beach view was fabulous-just as described in the listing. We enjoyed the peace and calm of this location. Angel was quite helpful and friendly. The staff was outstanding. Close to everything.

I hope to stay here again and again. Nothing like the sound of ocean waves to lull you to sleep. Very comfortable beds. The deck is perfect for watching the sun go down over the water. Loved every minute staying here.

What a beautiful location and condo. Great location. Condo was well stocked with towels, bedding and necessities. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a beach rental. I’ll be back.

The location was perfect and the views off the balcony were unmatched. The unit is enough space and well equipped. We enjoyed the fireplace during the cooler nights and slept great. It could use a good deep cleaning for dust and spider webs but we were so in relaxation mode by the sound of the waves, it didn’t bother us during our stay.

Perfect location

Enjoyed the direct access to the beach, proximity to the pier, walks on the beach and wild life. The sound of the waves throughout the night was the most relaxing thing!

Great location

Location is impeccable, Angel the building manager is very helpful. The beds are comfy, maybe in need of a little bit touch up and maintenance on places here and there, but overall I enjoyed staying here.

Fabulous location loved it would stay again.

This is our second stay here it is a fabulous location and I cannot fault it. Angel was fantastic kind and helpful if we needed anything managing the property. Always available and lovely. We highly recommend this property and location . Location next to the Malibu Pier and restaurants' you can walk to.

Beach Bliss!

What a great place! Close to lots of great restaurants, Whole Foods, the Pier and shopping. If you like walking on the beach, hanging out on a roomy balcony, watching a beautiful sunset, listening to the waves crash over the rocks, this is the place to be! Clean place, helpful staff (Angel is so nice!), and easy parking! Will definitely return!
