Perfectly situated on the Frisco–Plano border, you'll be just minutes from The Star, Legacy West, PGA Frisco, Grandscape, Stonebriar Centre, FC Dallas, Toyota Headquarters, shopping and entertainment.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, company retreat, golf getaway, girls' weekend, business trip, or staycation, Bungalow on Brett offers the perfect balance of style, comfort, and convenience.


The space:
Bungalow on Brett features a full renovation, with professionally designed and installed furnishings. This includes a wall of wood architectural windows and sliding black frame wood door overlooking the pool from the kitchen and main dining/living area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, dishes, cookware, air fryer, toaster oven, crock pot, blender, etc.

This home has 2 living areas and 2 dining areas.

Bungalow on Brett is a 2200 sf home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Please message us for corporate or insurance mid-term rentals, which are welcome!

Guests have access to all of the home and exterior, except for the garage. The garage will remained locked for short term stays.

I had the absolute privilege of being the very first guest at this beautiful 4-bedroom home in Frisco, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.From top to bottom, the property is thoughtfully designed with top-notch finishings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with every single amenity and tool you could possibly need to prepare meals at home. The bedrooms feature unbelievably comfortable sheets and bedding, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. One of the major highlights is the incredible patio area—it's the perfect spot to unwind and relax. To top it off, the host was warm, responsive, and incredibly attentive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. If you are looking for a flawless, high-quality stay in Frisco, do not hesitate to book this spot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! This home is one of the easiest access points available to many hot spots in Frisco and North Plano, and is even only one stoplight away from accessing the highway that takes you all the way to Downtown Dallas!

What makes this property unique

The primary living spaces all overlook the pool through Pella architectural grade windows! We are tucked away into an unassuming neighborhood, but inside we've placed new designer grade furnishings. While many of even the nice looking rentals in the area use 2nd hand furniture, we are an absolute NO to that! We hope to host more discerning guests who will take care of the property for other discerning guests.
