The space
Arguably the nicest townhouse available on the golf course in the entire Sun N Lake 36 hole resort! Brand new listing ready for your vacation getaway. We just completed the addition of the screened outdoor area that is accessed by a 24 foot multi panel sliding glass door to bring the outside to the inside without the bugs and geckos :)
Guest access
This is the end (corner) unit of a townhome triplex, and we own and rent the unit next door also. You'll get the morning sunrise from one side, shade in the Florida room during the mid-day and spectacular evenings and sunsets from the screened area.
Other things to note
The 18-hole Deer Run and the 18-hole Turtle Run courses are both open to the public along with the well stocked pro shop and the "Island View" restaurant and lounge.
