About this property

Spacious and serene home, perfect for small groups or young families. This is where I stay when I’m in Austin for work, so the master bedroom/bathroom and garage are not accessible and will remain locked during your stay. Everything else is for you to enjoy.

This is a single story home, with driveway parking and plenty of street parking around. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood, with lots of good and friendly neighbors.
Other things to note
Parties and loud music or noise are not allowed at any time. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood and I want to remain respectful towards my neighbors at all times.

Nice location but dirty bathroom and bed

The house was very nice and had everything we needed as well as being where we needed but the shower and one of the beds was covered in hair. Almost looked like the cleaners did not change the sheets after the prior guest

Clean and beautiful home

Overall, we had a great experience. We were not completely sure if there would be towels and such, so we did bring and use our own. With that said there were towels available. At entry we did have an unexpected alarm going off when we opened the door, instructions for that would have been helpful, that was the hardest part of this experience in this home. So, again beautiful as in the pictures and would stay again.

This house was very charming! Great wide open space for living room and kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Hosts quickly responded to my few questions. Highly recommend.

Southeast Austin stay

The property was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Roomy and uncluttered. Everything we used in the house was in perfect working order. Property is easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Close to many eating establishments and a large HEB. Nice family/property managers. Would definitely book this property again. Since location is in southeast Austin, guests like us who arrive from the south will miss a lot of the awful Austin drivers and traffic (where are you DPS troopers and Austin PD?) Wifi password provided to guests on check-in day would be a bonus. Thanks, Elisa, for letting us stay at your place.
