Welcome to your dream mountain retreat! This beautiful and unique home is conveniently located just a 7 minute walk from the shops, restaurants and galleries of Manitou Springs. Hike the Manitou Incline, an 11 minute walk up the street the other direction! This home boasts spectacular mountain views from the year-round private rooftop spa, tasteful updates throughout, and luxurious linens to rest easy from your adventures.
Entrance and garage on the ground floor. The second floor features an open kitchen and living area with a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a patio with the relaxing sounds of the creek below. On the third floor, you will find the master suite and a loft area. From the master, acces the rooftop hot tub which is set against the Mountain, creating a naturally private space with serene views!
