Come and stay in this relaxing and cozy space! Enjoy the views and sounds of the stunning Atlantic Ocean. Just steps away from the shore, this condo is the perfect getaway.
Villa is 25min from SJU airport; rental car is strongly recommend to get around.
Garden Apartment, 1BR with 2 pools and direct access to the beach. A comfortable living room, all spaces with A/C , 1 full bathroom, Wifi , Smart TV's in all rooms & gated Parking.

The condo features one bedroom, with 2 Queen beds and a Smart TV.
Separate AC in bedroom and living room for great comfort.
Bathroom is equipped with hotel size toiletries , hair dryer, toilet paper, some personal essentials and clothes steamer.
You’ll love the fully equipped kitchen , living room, and the large terrace. It has a fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the dinnerware and cooking ware needed for an extended stay.
Right outside a relaxing terrace area with table and 4 chairs to have your morning coffee or nice dinner!
The property is outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels.
We provide bath and beach/pool towels per guest.
We also provide beach chairs and portable cooler.

You can access the entire Property. Self checkin by lockbox.
You’ll love being able to swim in the shared pools that boasts beautiful ocean views or simply wade along the beach!
Other things to note
We will provide amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include garbage bags, paper towel, rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, and dish sponge. Basic condiments like salt, pepper , sugar, etc
