Excellent Stay

Loved the place, close to many tourist attractions

This place is beautiful, with peaceful private beach surroundings and happening neighborhood. The host is incredibly friendly and offers great recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location from SJU airport. The beach access and pool near the beach was great. The kitchen was well equipped and making breakfast was like being at home The local panaderia was great for some meals and pastries.

It was my girlfriends and I first time visiting PR and we are very happy we chose Bill’s place. It is perfect for a couple. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Check in was very easy and simple. Literally everything was great. Definitely would book again in the future.

Great location

We absolutely loved the location and our unit. It’s great for two people or a family with small children. Bill was responsive to us throughout our stay and very helpful. We were close to wonderful restaurants, the beaches and San Juan. Rio Mar is a great location for exploring Puerto Rico. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Great price.

Easy stay and was a great time. Had a seamless check in experience. And in my opinion was a better choice than staying in the very close by and overpriced Wyndham. Had people staying there for a wedding and the hotel and room was to be desired. Overrated and overpriced.

Lovely, safe, affordable

The property was well-maintained and very functional. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped that we could cook in and the beach was within walking distance from the Condo. We appreciated that the property is part of a gated community as this made us feel very at ease and safe. We had a great visit!

Great stay great place

We had a great time on our vacation. The studio apartment was perfect for the both of us. It had everything that we needed. The location was was awesome. Plenty of things to do in the surrounding area and a short drive from old San juan. Bill and Lydia made us feel welcome and were always available if we had any questions or concerns.. We definitely would come back on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

PR Perfection

Bill’s place had everything we’d hoped for to make our trip comfortable. We were able to prepare our own meals in a well-stocked kitchen. The facilities were clean and in good order. Bed was comfortable, and the porch was perfect for admiring the beauty of the park. I highly recommend this place for a couple or small family.

Home Away From Home

This accommodation was perfect for our needs. We could relax and have a “staycation” with everything needed to prepare our own meals and unpack our stuff. We hardly drove because everything we enjoy - the best beach and pool- are in walking distance. We depart feeling entirely refreshed. Thank you!
