Seaside 4711 comfortably sleeps 4 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing daily meals. The living area, with a sleeper sofa, and flatscreen tv, opens to a small dining area. There is seating for four at the spacious kitchen bar. The primary bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and stunning ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Drop anchor at Seaside 4711 and enjoy the scenery!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The condo was perfect for our needs (family of 4), and beach access was super close. The pools were large and clean. Management was always available to answer questions. The complex had power work completed during our stay, and our oven and nearest elevator needed work afterward. The complex had the elevator fixed within a couple hours, and the condo management (Beachball Properties) came out to fix the oven a couple hours after we called. We had a great stay and are looking forward to returning to Orange Beach!

The property was extremely clean when we arrived, so 5 stars on that. The main reasons I’m giving 4 are 1) I didn’t realize from the listing there was no bathtub, which makes this condo not really kid friendly, and 2) there were only 2 towels and no wash cloths. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a condo that didn’t have at least one towel and wash cloth per the number of possible occupants (which would be 4 in this case). We had to make a quick run to the dollar general down the street for towels and wash cloths, so everyone could bathe. The pans were also pretty beat up (nonstick surface was scratched and peeling on most). No scissors or good knife to chop anything with either, but we managed to make it work with what they had. The location is great though, and the property itself was amazing. Great access to the beach and two pools, which makes them enjoyable and less crowded. Overall, we would recommend staying in this complex again. Just make sure your bring your own towels, wash clothes, scissors, and a knife if you plan on cooking and will be staying in this particular unit.
Great location. Property looks exactly like the photos. Great view from the balcony. Kitchen is stocked with necessities. Only complaints is that the A/C is super loud in the bedroom. Our first night the weed smell from another unit was blowing straight into ours and it was overwhelming and irritating our sinuses. The occupants either left the next day or were talked to. Our last night we came back to our lock being jammed and not able to get into the unit. We were on the phone back and forth with the property manager trying new codes but didn't work. Waited about 30 minutes for maintenance to come check it out. Tried calling the manager again but the phone stayed busy and never heard back from them. Maintenance changed the battery and we thought that worked but the next morning the same thing was happening. We were checking out so we didn't address it. Other than that, it was a great stay.
