The Brewer's Hill Inn and Gallery is a historic single family home centrally located at the heartbeat of all of Milwaukee's offerings. Just steps away from some of Milwaukee's finest restaurants, bars and shops. With 6 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, the Inn comfortably accommodates groups of all sizes. The main floor is set to entertain with a large bar allowing seating for 15, updated kitchen and game room. You can also buy local artwork curated by Milwaukee's Scout Gallery right off the walls!

1st Floor: Kitchen/dining, game room, 1 bedroom, full bathroom

2nd Floor: Living room, 1 full bath off of the master, 4 bedrooms (one bed with twin bunks is located inside of another bedroom)

3rd Floor: Open attic with 3 beds and one full bathroom

You will be able to access the door via an electronic keypad. One parking spot via a carport. Street parking is plentiful (must register vehicles with city of Milwaukee for street parking.)

The space was very welcoming. The owner was great to work with and the location was fabulous. Not a lot of seating outside of the bar stools in the kitchen area so the space is good for mostly sleeping. Overall though, location, cleanliness, space, and pricing makes this a great find.
