We had the best time with our friends during our stay. The house is the perfect layout for multiple families. The pool and movie room were a huge hit with the kids and kept them busy the entire time. The hosts were very gracious and attentive to our questions prior to the trip. The only reason we aren’t giving 5 stars is due to the fact that the house still seemed a little under construction (painters tape on walls, loose toilet, etc) but didn’t really impact our stay. Other than that, we loved our stay!

This property is better suited for a bachelor party than a family gathering. The pool was not in usable condition for our stay. We were issued a partial refund.

The pool was very clean and well heated when we stayed in early January. The host was extremely responsive to any questions I had before arrival and while we were there. There were plenty of paper products and coffee was included. The listing is not accurate with regard to sizes of beds in the bedrooms (no rooms actually have 2 queens, three rooms have a queen and a twin) which led to some issues fitting parents and two elementary age kids in the same room. I do agree with earlier reviewers that contractors did not install everything properly (dishwasher not secured and tips forward when unloading the bottom rack, toilet in bathroom near the pool not well secured to the floor and moves when you sit/stand).

The house needs some improvement to make it worth the current price... but it has a lot of potential. The hosts were great to work with and accommodated our desires and needs. I'm giving it 3 stars because it didn't feel worth the price we paid. I think it could be if the guys invest a little bit more and how better workers to do their installs. The pool was a big incentive to rent it, but the murky greenish water made me a bit hesitant to let my girls swim in it. There were some poorly installed plumbing fixtures and doors that made for frustrating situations as well. The bedding is cheap and scratchy too... but they said that's something on their list of things to improve. If the price came down... is be more apt to recommend it to friends.

House super expensive and we only rented it because of the pool and it was dirty freezing and had algae , owner said he was coming never showed up and stop answering also dishes washer didn’t work , master bedroom tub doesn’t work threw water everywhere bathroom by pool only had cold water and bedroom for the money was ridiculous the sad part about it is we were planing to rent it for the Christmas 2 days before and 2 days after and also hot water in kitchen very dangerous we did take plenty pictures of the problem and will be making a complaint with vrbo
