Washer dryer absent from unit presented major inconvenience. Manually removing trash to dumpster outside building also problematic.

Light over the table didn’t work. Plug in bathroom didn’t work. No luggage rack or place to put things in bedroom. Condo needs some work.

We hVe stayed at this property for several years in different units. The location of the property is fantastic! We love all the things it is close to. Access to the beach is good, but beware if you take a wagon, you do have to go down steps to get to the beach, which can be an issue if you are not able to lift your wagon. The unit itself is beautifully furnished and up-to-date. It needed a thorough cleaning because there was dust on the curtains, doors and trim, but not a deal breaker for us. The master bedroom stays stuffy all the time. We didn’t notice until the last day that there was a fan in the closet, which I guess was to help circulate air. Also, one minor detail was there was no tv in the second bedroom. Again, not a deal breaker for us, but if you take someone that likes tv at bedtime, you may want to bring an ipad or something for that room. I probably should have noticed that in the pictures beforehand. The only thing I wish the property would change is, I wish they would have beach chairs out later in the evening for people that would like to sit at the beach after supper. Even with these issues, we would stay there again. We love Huntington-by-the-Sea!
