Beautiful views! Located near multiple beaches, restaurants and St. John’s ferry. Clean and updated condo. Very helpful staff. New restaurant - The Lion Fish - was incredible! The whole week was a fantasy.

Point Pleasant Was Pleasant Stay!

Enjoyed our brief 3-day stay at the resort. Walking distance to Koki (local) beach which shares beach with Margaritaville Resort (which has a nice bar too). Studio apartment with a sliding door to allow privacy from the living area to the bed/bedroom/closets. Cozy but furnished and has cable tv for downtime. Staff was friendly and check-in/out process was fairly easy and seamless. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

Beautiful Views

The view from the balcony is stunning! The listing accommodated my family with a decent amount of space. The villa was aesthetically nice. The shower could've been a little bigger because my son and husband are tall. The beach could be seen; however, it was a little way down a hill to get to. With that said, I would rent it again for another get away in the future.

Be honest!

We have been to St. Thomas in the past and enjoy the island. We have never stayed at Pointe Pleasant and we were looking forward to our stay. If you look at the pictures on the property/condo on the internet, it looks like it is right on the water and is quite large. It is not on the water (not even close) and the place itself is quite small. We couldn't believe the size of the bathroom and if you're planning to cook, the kitchen is not well equipped. Also, you should be honest about the paths/steep hills that a person needs to walk/climb in order to get to anything. Very difficult for an older person!

Completely Amazed

My husband Tom Schecker and I both loved our stay in A-15. I was looking for the best possible view from an apartment with a lanai, a kitchen and a big comfy bed. It was all those things! The view alone was relaxing and restorative, and then we had such fun finding out our next door neighbors from years ago own the Jost Boat and we spent a day with them in that wonderful custom-designed boat made just for cruising and snorkeling the Virgin Islands (both US and British). We did some cooking in the kitchen. The bathroom was very functional and shower was good. Plenty of closet space for both of our clothes as well as all our gear for snorkeling and beach. We took advantage of eating down at the new cafe on the water, as well as the gorgeous swimming pools. We would recommend A-15 this to anyone! Plus, your staff was unfailingly cheerful and friendly, which helps a lot when you are trying to relax and stay mellow (we’re from NYC, so we NEED mellow on vacation!). So thanks for that. We took advantage of the van rides into Red Hook, where our friends live, and to do shopping at Moe’s and to get a delicious cappuccino at the little coffee place on the harbor just west of the ferry terminal. The drivers were all very charming and good at their jobs, so again, thanks for that!

Great Birthday Celebration!

I am very pleased with everything at the villas. The best is the complimentary rides to Red Hook and Coki! This was our third trip to the island and our best stay. It was my birthday on the 23, my wife and I went to dinner and came back to a card and a bottle of bubbly. AWESOME!! The staff is super welcoming. My favorite is Anthony at the front desk. My hats off to you and you staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. I look forward to another trip next year!

Fantastic Views

Best assets are the view, the location and your staff. The view speaks for itself. The location appealed to me because I like to be away from crowds, so being away from the cruise ship oriented atmosphere of Charlotte Amelie was a big plus. Also the decentralized set up furthered the feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle. All the staff we interacted with as well as the numerous grounds keepers were infallibly helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. This villa was conveniently situated and had a lovely view. I loved the sense of space, and it was very cheerfully decorated. The complimentary shuttle was the key to making the location doable. What a good system. And the wait was never too long. It was also great to be able to borrow snorkeling gear from the front desk, but you might want to have the gear checked and upgraded periodically. The kayaking excursion to Lindquist was great fun, and the pools were lovely. Even the little lobby store was convenient. The gym was a bit sub par, but who needs it with all the great hills to climb and beaches to swim! If we come back to St. Thomas in the future, we would definitely stay at Point Pleasant again.

We Will Be Back!

We had a wonderful time, everything was better than we expected it to be from the island itself to the resort. The only issue we had, and we discussed it, was the music at the Dreams resort. You were already out in front of that and could not have done anything differently. We will not hesitate to return to the resort, and we have already been singing Point Pleasant’s praises to our family and friends. We hope to see you again soon!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying at Point Pleasant, the first under the new management and the first with a toddler. The pools are great for little ones and the complimentary shuttle eliminates the need for a rental car. well done by the new company.

Impressive service

Sorry for the delay in posting this review. My wife and I traveled to St. Thomas for a business trip and stayed at Point Pleasant Resort. As we were going through customs on our departure my wife realized she left her laptop in the villa. Frantically we called the resort to see if they could help to learn they had already found it and had someone on their way to the airport to see if they could get it back to us. Not only did they deliver it in time for our flight, the staff member (Aaron) that brought it to the airport told us he wouldn't leave until we confirmed we had the laptop in our possession. Life savers!

Great vacation
