Convenient location

Parking at Point Pleasant can be challenging at times but overall this unit has reasonable options within a short distance. The property was clean and much quieter than our previous stay due to its location under the registration office. Small 2 slice toaster will not accommodate a bagel unless you crush it first. Non stick pans with a metal spatula? Overall very satisfied with this condo and would book it again.

Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again. Our unit was clean and comfortable. It had a great view of the Caribbean. Our patio wasn’t very private as there were people walking close by on the way to the front office that was directly above us. The flip side of our location is that it was very convenient for us to run up to the office quick to ask questions, get taxi’s, etc. The staff at the complex were excellent. Very patient and helpful. And they were always willing to shuttle people around the complex which was nice as the complex is large and steep. There was only one restaurant open during our stay as the other one was being remodelled. The Sun and Sea restaurant had excellent food and service. It was very nice to have that available to us. There is no beach. There is a small rocky area where one can access the water if they wish. However there are several nice beaches within 3 miles or less so wasn’t a big deal. And Coki beach is walkable from the resort, just need to watch your footing in some areas. And the resort has 3 pools.
