Cozy Apartment in S Orlando, approx. 20 minutes away from Disney and Universal.

Feel like home close to Disney theme parks, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Volcano Bay, Island of Adventure, and Universal. The apartment is also very close to restaurants and supermarkets. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home. It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet, 30.6 square meters. No smoking of any kind, please. Pets are welcome, 1 pet only with a $25 charge per stay, it must be included when the reservation is made.

The place was originally the garage of the house converted to an independent apartment.

The place has a Central Air conditioning Unit with a thermostat inside the main house, if the guests feel cold, there is the option of space heaters inside the place for their convenience. The temperature of the central air conditioning is set 72-74 degrees Fahrenheit or 22.2-23.3 degrees Celsius. There is a WASHER, not a DRYER.

My children and I were extremely uncomfortable with this property due to the layout and what I believe were misleading descriptions and photos in the listing. Upon arrival, we were met with loud screaming, yelling, and arguing coming from the property. We could hear and smell everything from the main residence, and the odor was very strong and unbearable. As a parent, safety and suitability are very important to me, and we did not feel safe or comfortable staying. We left after about 15 minutes and did not use the property at all, even though we paid for three nights. The owner refused to provide any refund.
